Sheriff David Morgan is very pleased to offer the Citizens Law Enforcement Academy (CLEA) to interested Escambia County adult residents.  Our next CLEA (4-week) class begins November 8th.  Classes meet on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the administration building located at 1700 West Leonard Street. Sign-up for the November 8th class.  A complimentary meal is provided to attendees. There will be a one-week break in classes due to the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 22nd.

Included is a variety of information and our instructors are all current professionals in their field of expertise. The schedule includes Training (including the shooting simulator), Domestic Security, Narcotics, Gangs, & demonstrations and meet-n-greets with our SWAT, Mounted Posse, and K-9 Units.
 
The first week includes a welcome and Q&A with Sheriff David Morgan, the Escambia County Mounted Posse demonstration and meet-n-greet, our Narcotics Unit wraps-up the night with a presentation and Q&A.
