Sheriff Chip W. Simmons is also responsible for the welfare of wayward livestock. An effort is made to unite them with their owners. Lost or abandoned animals are ultimately rehabilitated and then auctioned off to good homes. These auctions are managed by our ECSO Civil Unit.
