Sheriff David Morgan is very pleased to offer a Neighborhood Watch Academy to interested Escambia County adult residents on July 16th from 5:00 – 9:00 PM. These one evening seminars held at our main administration building are typically offered the third Tuesday every other month. A complimentary meal is provided to attendees at 5:00 PM; the seminar begins at 5:30 PM.
